First Aviation Management Seminar, Kempton Park, South Africa - 26 January 2012

Avinet places within the top ten at Fast Movers SA 2011!
Congratulations to the Avinet team for making it into the top ten at the Seventh Annual Fast Movers SA 2011 Awards! Out of a possible fifty finalists, Avinet placed ninth for their significant efforts in innovation and growth. The awards are an initiative of in-business magazine, in partnership with BDO, and supported by an array of fantastic organisations including Innovate SA, The Executive Connection, Wallmans Lawyers, Australian Institute of Business Administration, Bibby Financial Services, Channel 9 and FiveAA. Winners were announced at a breakfast on the 25th November at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide.
User Conference 2012 - Guest Speakers announced
Avinet are happy to announce that we have secured three exciting industry guest speakers for our 2012 User Conference. Attendees can expect presentations from: Richard Yates from ISS, who will be again presenting on FRMS in line with ICAO's new FRMS standards and also reporting on findings from the FRMS Global Forum in Montreal he presented at in 2011. Secondly, Dr Matthew Thomas, previously a UniSA lecturer on Human Factors and SMS, will present on Safety Management. Additionally, Mal Wardrop, Safety Aviation Advisor at CASA, will present on and discuss recent industry regulation changes, audits and compliance.
